What you'll do

• Review, edit, and send AI-generated responses to high volumes of inbound inquiries
• design and optimize LLM-powered workflows for categorizing, triaging, and drafting email responses
• identify cases requiring human review and escalate sensitive or complex eligibility and approval questions
• analyze recurring inquiries and implement automation to reduce manual work
• develop prompts and evaluate model outputs
• collaborate with Trust & Safety, Operations, Marketing, and Partnerships
• document workflows, automation logic, escalation procedures, and best practices.
