What you'll do

• Conduct functional behavior and skills assessments
• develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
• manage ABA programs
• supervise, train, and coach RBTs through telehealth
• deliver parent and caregiver training
• monitor progress and adjust plans as clinically appropriate
• complete clinical documentation
• collaborate with families, RBTs, and internal team members.
