What you'll do

• Oversee receiving, shipping, staging, packing, and inventory control
• supervise, train, schedule, and guide warehouse personnel
• verify incoming shipments and documentation
• coordinate outgoing shipments and carrier schedules
• maintain inventory records through counts and audits
• monitor shortages
• track shipping costs and carrier performance
• maintain shipping and inventory documents
• ensure hazardous-goods, export, and ITAR documentation compliance
• enforce safety procedures and equipment standards
• use ERP and WMS systems
• collaborate with production, customer service, purchasing, and management
• support Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
