What you'll do

• Lead mainframe development, maintenance, and optimization for banking and financial systems
• oversee and mentor mainframe developers and engineers
• design, code, test, and debug applications using COBOL, JCL, CICS, and/or DB2
• gather requirements and deliver solutions with business stakeholders and IT teams
• ensure system performance, availability, and security
• drive modernization and integration with distributed systems
• manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management.

Why this role
