What you'll do

• Process high-volume customer sales orders and verify details
• handle customer calls and resolve order or delivery concerns
• process credit applications and maintain account documentation
• process material loadout tickets and provide backup scale-house assistance as needed
• maintain sales, inventory, customer, and operational records and prepare reports
• perform administrative tasks
• coordinate with customers, sales representatives, dispatch, production, trucking companies, and accounting.
