Floral Clerk — Part-Time

What you'll do

• Consult with customers about products and document orders
• answer product and policy questions
• address complaints and involve store management when appropriate
• monitor and remove damaged or wilted products
• arrange cases and shelves and keep products stocked, rotated, watered, and fresh
• create balloon arrangements to customer specifications
• deliver floral and store products as needed
• update shelf tags and price markers
• count inventory
• unload and inspect shipments
• maintain equipment and a clean, safe work area
• follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
