What you'll do

• Monitor and improve the Quality Management System
• report performance and improvement opportunities
• support quality standards and safe work practices
• investigate nonconformances and complaints using root-cause and corrective-action methods
• review discrepant material
• assist with weld qualifications and special-process training
• inspect incoming parts
• plan and conduct audits
• maintain quality documentation
• manage PPAP and FAI submissions
• update FMEAs and control plans
• support Lean/5S and training
• track metrics and distribute quality summaries
• travel domestically and internationally as required.
