The CNC Machine Loader, 3rd Shift works onsite in Northbrook, IL. Compensation is $20–$29 per hour. The loader keeps production moving by loading and unloading CNC machines, monitoring cycles, and checking parts against production requirements. Careful blueprint use, measurement, documentation, and safety practices support consistent output and quality.

What you'll do

• Load raw material and parts into CNC machines and unload completed parts
• follow blueprints, technical drawings, job travelers, and work instructions
• start and monitor machine cycles after setup
• check part positioning
• report alarms, unusual sounds, quality concerns, or machine issues
• visually inspect parts and use calipers, micrometers, and gauges when required
• separate parts that may not meet requirements
• maintain material supply, production records, part counts, and a clean workstation
• follow FOD, PPE, machine-guarding, and composite-dust safety requirements.
