What you'll do

• Receive, save, and post purchase invoices
• maintain payment and paid-invoice spreadsheets
• reconcile supplier statements and follow up on missing invoices
• process credit card payments and reconcile receipts
• set up suppliers
• track 1099 contractors
• support finance administration and asset register maintenance
• provide backup production paperwork and stock-take reporting support
• maintain material and process traceability and follow AS9100 procedures.
