What you'll do

• Update and accurately record information in patient medical records at each encounter. Schedule and coordinate appointments, testing, and follow-ups
• manage multiple doctors’ schedules
• scan and index documents
• and work with insurance benefits, referrals, and authorizations. Address callers’ needs respectfully and assist other departments as needed.
