What you'll do

• Serve as the onsite point of contact for events
• coordinate event flow, logistics, catering, timing, and transitions
• address guest needs and concerns
• train and develop team members
• oversee event setup, flow, and breakdown
• maintain an organized event space
• troubleshoot technical and operational issues
• communicate team updates
• provide post-event recaps
• track event details, inventory, and financial information.
