What you'll do

• Provide 8–12 hours of one-to-one skilled nursing care in the patient’s home
• assess patients, monitor and document vital signs, administer medications and treatments as ordered, support daily living activities, perform wound care and other plan-of-care tasks, document clinical notes, and report changes or concerns to the RN Care Ambassador.
