What you'll do

• Develop and execute demand-generation and customer-acquisition strategies across multiple brands
• lead paid media across search, social, video, programmatic, affiliate, audio, and emerging channels
• optimize investment using CAC, ROAS, LTV, and contribution margin
• manage agency partnerships
• test acquisition channels
• oversee full-funnel performance and retention
• collaborate on traffic quality, landing pages, conversion, and lifecycle marketing
• lead attribution analysis, media-mix modeling, and experimentation
• use first-party data and segmentation
• lead and develop performance marketing and social media teams
• oversee paid, organic, and influencer strategies
• coordinate brand messaging with creative teams
• and use AI and automation for forecasting and marketing effectiveness.

Why this role
