The Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal works onsite in Savannah, GA, full-time Monday–Friday on 8-hour shifts. Compensation is $55,000–$80,000 per year. The role supports attorneys through all phases of personal injury litigation.

What you'll do

• Support pre-trial, trial, and post-trial work
• conduct legal research and gather medical records, accident reports, and witness statements
• draft complaints, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements
• file and manage court documents and deadlines
• coordinate with clients, medical providers, and expert witnesses
• review and summarize case materials
• prepare discovery responses, evidence, case files, exhibits, and trial notebooks
• maintain case records and communicate case updates to clients.
