Assistant HVAC Coordinator

Job overview

The Assistant HVAC Coordinator role is onsite in Hillside, IL. Compensation is not specified. The position reports to the Service Manager at Midwest Applied Solutions, an HVAC equipment and solutions provider serving Chicagoland and Central Illinois. The coordinator helps the service department direct and coordinate resources so technicians, materials, and subcontractors are aligned with project needs. The role also supports customer service and accurate service records by dispatching technicians, preparing work orders, and routing concerns and project paperwork.

What you'll do

• Coordinate service resources
• schedule personnel, materials, subcontractors, and equipment according to project needs, skills, and availability
• generate work-order documents
• dispatch technicians and notify customers
• interact with customers
• coordinate with Parts and Acquisition as needed
• review project paperwork and forward completed-call paperwork to Project Administrators
• investigate customer concerns and route them to assigned staff
• log service requirements in the job-tracking system
• generate assigned reports.

Why this role
