What you'll do

• Maintain a safe, supportive environment and follow each person’s Individual Services Plan, Behavioral Plan and other pertinent care information. Assist with daily activities, personal hygiene, dressing, mobility and physical therapy exercises
• prepare meals and snacks
• provide light housekeeping, medication assistance, companionship, errands and support with outings and medical appointments.
