What you'll do

• Maintain the dishwashing station
• organize items for machine washing
• operate the dish machine and return dry items to storage
• hand-wash items that cannot be machine-washed
• ensure clean dishes, glasses, and utensils are available
• assist other employees and complete side duties
• follow safety and sanitation practices
• report dish machine issues
• clean floors, vents, trash cans, chairs, ice bins, and restrooms
• empty trash and take it to the dumpster.
