Drain Service Technician

What you'll do

• Complete residential drainage service calls within current expertise
• troubleshoot slow or backed-up drains
• explain solutions, financing options, maintenance plans, and replacement opportunities
• manage jobs toward proposed gross margins and KPI goals
• complete follow-up calls and digital job records
• maintain the truck, tools, and PPE
• train and mentor apprentices
• coordinate handoffs for structural pipe failures, excavations, and licensed plumbing needs.
