The CNC Machinist role is onsite in Hazelwood, MO. Pay is $24.00–$30.00 per hour. Tool Specialties manufactures precision metal stamping tools, dies, and machined parts for manufacturers. Working in the CNC milling department, the machinist sets up, programs, and operates machine tools to produce work safely and efficiently. The role supports daily throughput, assists toolmakers and machinists, and helps maintain equipment and quality-system practices.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate Okuma, Makino, and Mighty Viper milling machines
• set up, program, and operate Harrison CNC lathes
• process projects safely and efficiently
• coordinate with the department lead on daily throughput
• assist toolmakers and machinists
• maintain equipment and complete special projects as needed
• follow plant safety procedures and the ISO 9001-2015 quality management system.
