What you'll do

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• assess patients and contribute to care plans
• carry out provider-directed interventions
• collect specimens and perform point-of-care testing
• communicate lab and diagnostic findings within nursing scope
• educate patients
• administer medications and immunizations
• coordinate follow-up and referrals
• participate in quality improvement and clinical audits
• maintain accurate EHR documentation
• respond to clinical emergencies within RN scope.
