What you'll do

• Evaluate and treat patients
• coordinate discharge planning with case management
• contribute to efforts to improve cost effectiveness and quality of care
• accept physician referrals
• serve as admitting, attending, or consulting physician as patient and hospital needs require
• provide documentation meeting insurance requirements and address denials
• and participate in inpatient and outpatient specialty consultations, which may include call schedules.
