What you'll do

• Confirm pickup and appointment details
• arrive on time and communicate with clients
• provide respectful, supportive transportation
• respond appropriately to client behavior and alert clinical or supervisory staff to concerns
• coordinate schedules and routes
• inspect vehicles and report safety or mechanical issues
• maintain transport records
• coordinate with third-party transportation providers
• protect client information and follow safety, HIPAA, and ethical guidelines.

Why this role
