The role coordinates lending work from application through closing handoff while maintaining credit quality and compliance.

What you'll do

• Translate lending priorities into operational plans and procedures
• lead loan origination, processing, and underwriting workflows
• supervise and develop loan originators, processors, and underwriters
• establish procedures and controls
• resolve complex loan files
• monitor pipeline performance indicators
• support policy implementation, staff development, product enhancements, and technology solutions
• oversee credit analysis and underwriting
• identify portfolio risks and recommend improvements.
