What you'll do

• Greet customers, answer phones, and assess needs
• acquire new accounts and maximize existing accounts
• support store opening, closing, cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits
• assist with activations, service changes, bill payments, equipment replacement, accessories, plan changes, and upgrades
• maintain store standards and comply with company policies.
