What you'll do

• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize
• clean kitchens, bathrooms, windows, mirrors, and common areas
• empty trash
• restock cleaning supplies
• perform floor care when required
• safely handle cleaning chemicals and hazardous materials
• clean at least two apartment homes or townhomes per day depending on property needs
• maintain leasing offices, model units, laundry rooms, and shared areas
• report maintenance or safety concerns.
