What you'll do

• Lead shift leads and warehouse personnel
• oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and internal material movements
• direct inventory transactions and discrepancy reconciliation
• coordinate replenishment and material availability across departments
• monitor operational KPIs
• manage third-party logistics relationships
• oversee hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management
• maintain FIFO and FEFO practices
• promote safety, food safety, and quality compliance
• lead continuous improvement.
