Care Manager (CNA) — Morning Shift

The Care Manager (CNA) role is an onsite, part-time position in Paramus, NJ, with a stated pay range of $19–$20.50 per hour. The caregiver reports to the Health & Wellness Director and supports residents at Monarch/Brandywine Senior Living. The role helps residents with daily living needs according to their care plans, supporting their safety, comfort, dignity, and participation in meals and activities. It also documents care and promptly reports changes in residents’ conditions.

What you'll do

• Provide care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding according to resident care plans
• escort residents to meals and activities
• maintain resident safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality
• document services provided
• report changes in condition to a supervisor.
