What you'll do

• Shop for and prepare nutritious meals
• provide routine housekeeping and laundry
• remind clients about diet restrictions, medication regimens, and recommended exercises
• observe and report changes in client behavior or mood
• document tasks and observations
• coordinate with the supervisor and report emergencies.
