Litigation Associate

What you'll do

• Represent clients in commercial litigation, including contract disputes and business tort claims
• handle real estate, construction, creditor-rights, and bankruptcy litigation
• represent clients in corporate and partnership disputes
• advise on insurance coverage and lender liability disputes
• manage matters from initial evaluation through settlement or trial with direct client contact.
