What you'll do

• Plan, implement, monitor, evaluate, and document administrative and management duties
• oversee staff responsibilities and coordinate staffing
• serve as a clinical resource
• support regulatory compliance and survey readiness
• participate in quality assurance
• assume or support charge nurse duties and patient assignments as needed
• monitor operating room conditions and equipment logs
• support perioperative care
• coordinate supplies, equipment, vendor meetings, central processing operations, staff education, evaluations, and recognition.
