Personal Lines Client Services Representative

Job overview

The Personal Lines Client Services Representative role is onsite in Torrance, CA. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour. The position supports a growing personal insurance client base and works with producers and agency leadership to support client service operations. The representative services existing accounts by handling policy changes, renewals, billing questions, documentation, and client follow-up. The role also supports retention, carrier communications, accurate records, and day-to-day agency operations.

What you'll do

• Respond to client calls, emails, and service requests
• process endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, renewals, and other policy updates
• follow up on outstanding information and underwriting requests
• maintain client records
• support retention and identify potential cross-selling opportunities
• assist producers and agency leadership.
