Shift Lead

The Shift Lead also supports customer service, inventory, transactions, and team training.

What you'll do

• Supervise and support dispensary staff during shifts
• ensure compliance with state and local hemp regulations
• assist with opening and closing
• respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
• monitor inventory and assist with restocking
• maintain a clean, organized dispensary
• process transactions and handle cash accurately
• train and mentor team members as needed.
