What you'll do
- Lead preventive maintenance for extrusion presses
- oversee maintenance of hydraulic systems and related equipment
- monitor tolerances, alignment, lubrication, and operating conditions
- coordinate maintenance across cast house, age ovens, and paint line equipment
- supervise and develop technicians
- plan priorities with production and operations
- ensure safety, LOTO, and SOP compliance
- use CMMS to manage work orders
- analyze maintenance and reliability metrics
- coordinate spare parts
- support root cause failure analysis and corrective actions.
