What you'll do

• Establish and follow up on customer relationships
• collaborate with the Marketing Associate team to train, teach, and assist with financial product acquisition
• respond to customer inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
• educate customers through needs-based reviews
• develop leads, schedule appointments, identify needs, and market appropriate products
• work with the agent on marketing goals.
