What you'll do

• Design constructs and production strategies
• execute and troubleshoot expression across bacterial, insect, mammalian, and yeast systems
• screen and scale up production
• develop purification strategies
• purify membrane proteins
• perform and interpret quality-control testing
• manage campaign timelines
• communicate with clients
• mentor junior staff
• author and maintain protocols and SOPs.
