What you'll do

• Review architectural, mechanical, and construction drawings and specifications
• prepare estimates, quotations, and bid proposals
• solicit and coordinate pricing from vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
• negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
• follow up on bids
• coordinate equipment purchases, fabrication, and material procurement
• manage deliveries
• develop project schedules
• coordinate labor, subcontractors, and field crews
• monitor costs, change orders, and profitability
• communicate project status
• ensure safe, timely, and budget-conscious completion.
