The Caregiver – Memory Care, 2–10 PM Shift role is onsite in Webster, TX, with pay of $14.50–$17 per hour. The position supports residents at Discovery Village Clear Lake. The caregiver provides hands-on personal and emotional support while helping residents maintain dignity, safety, and independence. Regular checks, daily care, companionship, and activities contribute to a safe, comfortable, home-like environment.

What you'll do

• Monitor an assigned group of residents and conduct frequent checks
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and eating
• respond promptly to security systems and call bells
• maintain clean and organized resident rooms and work areas
• provide companionship and emotional support
• engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities
• notify supervisors of increased care needs.
