What you'll do

• support conversion of tours to applications and leases
• conduct move-out inspections and assess vacant units
• communicate with residents about delinquent balances
• support lease renewals and retention
• resolve resident concerns and escalations
• use AI and digital tools to support efficiency and conversion.
