What you'll do

• Create and manage purchase orders and requisitions in ERP/MRP systems
• track confirmations, shipments, and delivery dates
• execute RFQs/RFPs and analyze supplier responses
• negotiate low-to-moderate complexity commercial terms
• identify cost savings
• ensure compliance with contracts and procurement policies
• manage supplier performance and KPIs
• analyze inventory, demand, and supply data
• communicate availability and capacity risks
• support production-plan adjustments
• maintain supplier agreements and procurement records
• prepare reports and spend analyses.
