What you'll do

• Plan and lead recreation activities and psycho-educational workshops
• conduct outreach and home visits
• connect tenants with community agencies and resources
• assess tenant interests and needs
• coordinate with case management, building management, and clinical staff
• document client interactions and progress
• provide crisis intervention
• and support harm-reduction education and services. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m., plus one Saturday per month, 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
