What you'll do

• Coordinate landlord-tenant disputes, eviction proceedings, and related matters with ownership, property management, and outside counsel
• track deadlines and case progress
• maintain records and reports
• gather leases, correspondence, and rent histories
• assist with routine correspondence, notices, and internal memos
• organize resident meetings about account balances and case status
• review outside counsel bills
• monitor relevant legal changes.
