What you'll do

• Oversee daily requests and support technical platforms for case planning with field, sales operations, IT, external stakeholders, and case-planning teams
• plan, schedule, track, and manage workflow goals
• communicate with external stakeholders
• coordinate project-management platform tasks and process standardization
• drive timely and accurate imaging submissions
• identify issues and recommend process improvements
• provide timely responses and explain analysis clearly.
