What you'll do

• Direct the Production Department team to use resources effectively
• train and develop team members
• encourage ownership and accountability
• guide shift craftsmen and operators
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• support safety committee activities and safety training
• participate in incident investigations, inspections, safety meetings, and job observations
• coordinate with other plant crews and teams.

Why this role
