Environmental Services Manager in Training

This role exists to provide a structured 12-week training program for individuals to learn how to manage and oversee housekeeping, laundry, and floor care operations. The trainee will gain hands-on and computer-based experience to ensure facility compliance and operational excellence.

What you'll do

• Assist in managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff.
