What you'll do

• Lead and manage the migration program from SQL Server to PostgreSQL on AWS RDS.
• Oversee and mentor the DBA team.
• Develop and govern migration strategies including schema modernization and data replication.
• Provide operational oversight for performance tuning and incident response.
• Collaborate with engineering and cloud architects.
• Drive documentation and knowledge-sharing frameworks.
• Establish processes for root-cause analysis and environment stabilization.
