Events Coordinator

Job overview

The Events Coordinator role is based in Bellevue, WA, and works events in person across Western Washington; administrative work may be done from home or the office. Compensation is $800–$1,200 per week base plus commission. Bath Planet of Seattle is building an event marketing department to represent its bathroom remodeling brand at trade shows, festivals, and home improvement events. The coordinator owns the event lifecycle, from booking events and planning schedules to leading a team and executing events. The role ensures booths are staffed and set up, engages customers to generate qualified leads, tracks performance and budgets, and communicates with leadership and internal teams. Availability to work every weekend is required.

What you'll do

• Book and secure weekly events and shows across the assigned territory
• plan and coordinate event schedules
• recruit, hire, train, and mentor Event Demonstrators
• ensure booths are set up, staffed, and broken down
• work events, engage customers, and generate qualified leads
• monitor inventory, productivity, labor, and budgets
• set and track performance goals
• communicate with leadership and internal teams.
