The Scheduling Coordinator – Security Operations, Part-Time 2nd Shift role is onsite in Hamburg, PA. Compensation is $20 per hour. The Scheduling Team supports KRE Security’s daily operations by coordinating employee coverage and staffing needs. The coordinator creates and adjusts schedules across multiple locations, responds to call-offs and staffing changes, and communicates with employees, supervisors, and management. Accurate records and timely shift coverage help keep operations moving and support employees and clients.

What you'll do

• Create, manage, and adjust employee schedules across multiple locations
• communicate by phone and email with employees, supervisors, and management
• respond to call-offs, schedule changes, and staffing needs
• coordinate coverage for open shifts
• resolve scheduling issues professionally
• maintain scheduling records
• work with Recruiting and Operations
• use Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Google Workspace
• handle confidential employee information professionally.
