What you'll do

• Draft and prepare complaints, motions, declarations, discovery, subpoenas, and other pleadings
• assist with trial briefs and legal memoranda
• organize exhibits and evidence
• prepare and e-file court documents
• track deadlines and appearances
• maintain electronic and physical case files
• communicate with clients, court clerks, and opposing counsel
• assist with scheduling.
