What you'll do

• Serve guests and support meaningful customer interactions
• complete opening and closing tasks
• take responsibility for the restaurant when a manager is not on duty
• direct team members and support stations as needed, including the kitchen
• maintain menu and product knowledge
• prepare food and complete side work
• follow cash-handling, food-safety, alcohol-handling, hygiene, and food-storage procedures.
