What you'll do

• Manage daily field operations
• supervise foremen, operators, laborers, subcontractors, and other field personnel
• coordinate schedules and activities with project managers and engineers
• ensure work follows plans, specifications, and schedules
• conduct pre-task planning, toolbox talks, and safety meetings
• monitor manpower, equipment, materials, and production
• resolve field conflicts and constructability issues
• support project closeout.
